Background

I'm currently finishing my Master's in Computer Science at USC, with a focus on machine learning, robotics, and intelligent systems. I started my journey in India, where I completed my undergrad and also contributed to research in applied AI. Along the way, I've had the chance to work across three different internships and some solid research experience, so I've been exposed to a mix of fast-paced startups, academic problem-solving, and production-level engineering.

"I've always been a builder and a tinkerer at heart. There's something magical about taking an idea and turning it into something tangible."

At my core, though, I've always been a builder and a tinkerer. I grew up making things—DIY circuits, a 2-axis gimbal, a Bluetooth speaker from scratch—and during my undergrad, I was part of our college robotics team, where we built autonomous bots and worked on vision-based challenges. That really deepened my interest in real-time systems and problem-solving under constraints.

Academic Interests

My passion lies at the intersection of robotics, reinforcement learning, and computer vision, with a focus on developing adaptive systems for real-world applications. I'm particularly interested in how we can use machine learning to make robots more capable in unstructured environments, and how we can bridge the gap between simulation and real-world deployment.

Beyond Academics

Outside of pure tech, I'm deeply involved in the creator economy. I built and grew a gaming setup and meme page to over 50K followers on Instagram, which gave me hands-on experience with content strategy, community building, and digital marketing. I also enjoy creating and editing videos, combining my technical skills with creative storytelling.

Mentoring

And finally, I've always found a lot of meaning in giving back. I volunteer as a mentor with a local high school's FIRST Robotics team here in LA and have taught Python at summer camps. Watching students gain confidence in building things reminds me why I got into engineering in the first place.
